Spain - Seville to Southern Coast

It is the Official Administration Building at the Plaza de España (Spain Plaza). It houses all the various ministers, police commissioners, government bodies etc. This is the north tower which looks like an ancient building but it was built with the rest of it, for the Exhibition of 1929.
